A Memorial of an indenture of Lease bearing Date the Twenty Fifth day of October one Thousand Seven

Hundred and thirty Six Between Sir William Vigor Burdet of Benekerry in the County of Catherlagh xxxx

of the one part and Morgan Neal & Laurence Cook both of Clonmore in the said County  farmers of the other

part. Whereby the said Sir William Vigor Burdet did for the Considerations therein Mentioned Demise

unto the said Morgan Neal & Laurence Cook All that part of Clonmore now in the possession of them the said

Morgan Neal and Laurence Cook Situated in the Barony of Idrone County of Catherlagh aforesaid Cxxxx by

Estimation Eighty Acres plantation measure be the same or xxxx To have and to hold the said premises

from the Twenty Ninth Day of September Last for and during the natural life of ThomasWeldon Second

Son of Walter Weldon Esq late of Carlow Deceased at the yearly rent of fourteen pounds sterling with

Duty’s Payable on the Twenty Ninth day of September, and the twenty fifth day of March xxx

said Indenture of Lease is Witnessed by Theophilus Perkins of the City of Dublin Gent and John

Fennell of the Towne of Catherlagh and this memorial witnessed by the said Theophilus

The above Named Theophilus Perkins Came this Day before us xxxxx

Oath that he saw the above named Sir William Vigor Burdet, and

Morgan Neal & Laurence Cook Duely Seal & Execute the above Indenture

of Lease Whereof the above writing is a true Memorial, and that he

Likewise saw the said Morgan Neal & Laurence Cook sign & seal the above

memorial and that the named Theophilus Perkins Subscribed as

a Witness to the said Lease & Memorial is this xxx proper hand writing

and farther xxxeth that the said memorial was delivered to William Parry

Gent Deputy Registrar on the Seventh day of December one thousand seven hundred & thirty six

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx after four of the Clock in the After Noon.
